Jacob is a very knowledgeable and professional person. He made me safe and sound once he arrived into my home. He also provided a great presentation of our options. No pressure or haggling just listened as he presented what he thought would work best for me and my children. The installation was smooth and they walked us through exactly how to use the system. The BEST part about working w Safe and Sound (& Jake) is that they SHOWED UP ON TIME. I can't tell you how many times I've signed up for something like this and they ALWAYS just show up whenever they feel like it.... NOT true of Jacob and crew. Good people, if you ask me..
