I had a very positive experience with Safe and Sound Therapeutics for my adult autism assessment. The process was thorough, professional, and handled with great care and compassion by Lisa Harder. I felt listened to, respected, and comfortable sharing my experiences with her without feeling judged. Everything was explained clearly, and after diagnosis support was offered. I am truly grateful for the support I received and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking an autism assessment and a community support afterwards 😊

I first reached out to Shauna three years ago during one of the most challenging times of my life, navigating a separation and child custody. Being away from my family, I had so much bottled-up emotion and felt incredibly isolated. From our very first session, Shauna provided the safe space I desperately needed to release that weight.
