I've used Safe and Sound probably 10 times now on a variety of projects from installing a whole home video security system, to hanging multiple TV's, troubleshooting connectivity issues, extending ranges of WiFi and more - and I"ve never been disappointed or had to have them come back and 'fix' something. 100% reliability, fair price for the quality and professionalism and always available to answer my quick questions via text or phone. I'll be using them constantly for all I got going on!!
Do not use this company for security needs. Terrible customer service, Faulty equipment, repetitive broken appointments and false promises. Paid for monthly monitoring and continually called for cameras not recording or failing to work. Had stuff stolen off of my porch and was never alerted. This company stole my peace of mind and cost me thousands of dollars for our entire relationship. Stay away ! K.M.
amazing business with perfect customer service and support
I Highly highly highly recommend this company for your security/networking needs. I was provided with a highly professional and super clean install, top of the line products (cameras, switches, sensors, recording hub, wiring, etc) and great education on operating the systems. I've dealt with almost every top security company in my area previously (greater Atlanta and suburbs) and received recent quotes from those companies. Marcus and his staff did a great job installing our new TV's in our house and putting together a new alarm system and showing choices like Google TV that saved $100/month between our cable and alarm bill each month. Highly satisfied and also put outside cameras up at our business as well.
