At 5 in the morning our breaker boxes was hot and smelled like but I g wire. We called Sage and Sound because their ads had 24/7 emergency service. They came right out . It turns out it wasn’t a few breaker switches . The main breaker switch had shorted out and the rest of the breaker switches and box were compromised. Chad replaced the entire breaker box and all the breaker switches that day on a very cold day we had heat that day. Nothing in our fridge and extra freezer went bad. Chad was top notch. I called when I figured that I was over my head changing a light fixture and need assistance. I was hoping for a quick response to come out and do the install for me (electric is scary) . Instead he gave me instructions on how to do it myself if I was so inclined. He spent a couple of hours helping me troubleshoot via text and I got my little project done. He said he would come to my house immediately if I could t do it on my own. Weeks over due and a small job is 95% complete - cancelled his never happening return trip even though I already paid for it. He completed 2 of 3 tasks I hired him for. The other is probably close to completion, or so he claims. Multiple schueduled visits and no-shows. Contact was rare and never the same day as his no-show. I can make it out tomorrow. Have my son change his schedule to accomodate Chad. And he no shows, no calls. I can make it out sometime this weekend. Amend our plans to make sure someone is always home (sin... read more
