They are new owners. Not related in any way to the others owners. My understanding is they are going to do improvements and that's why they raised the rent. Our contact with them has been good.

Lots of insects there's seems to be funny business there sometimes I do not recommend this place they just doubled the rent because they switched it from one family member to another and double the rent on everybody so I do recommend you go somewhere else and find a place for this service this is not a good place people funny business going on there
