We called SAFE systems to come out and assess why our air conditioning system was acting funny. They came out that day and they gave us a thorough assessment and diagnosis – basically our VERY old system was failing, and we could fix it or replace it. Getting an AC overhaul is daunting, but these guys made the experience as painless as possible. They were friendly, and very respectful of my family and my home. They talked to me like a person, not "like a girl," and kept me informed every step of the way, so I never had to wonder "what's going on up there." True professionals who shoot straight, won't take advantage of you, and know exactly what they're doing. Bonus, my house feels great and my electric bills are way down!
