We had Brooks out to our home because our Radon levels were quite high; which we monitored for over four months. Brooks installed a mitigation system for us and now our levels are extremely low and we feel much better not only for our health, but for that of our children, grandchildren and anyone who visits. Brooks was very friendly, tidy, putting down mats so our carpets were protected. He did a wonderful job and even spent time making our dog feel comfortable by playing with him. They gave me a 3 hour window and the guy arrived almost 2 hours after that. He said his truck was over heating, so it means his equipment wasn't being maintained. The tech did ok work but left our laundry room a mess. Glad I had the day off though since I had to wait all day. They also couldn't take a payment, his supervisor couldn't do it over the phone, they had to send me an invoice for me to pay.
Prompt, professional and polite. The initial problem was quickly identified and fixed without mark ups or hidden costs. The upgrade to our system was also installed by Safe Air within a week of our selecting the system we preferred. The whole experience was marked by sound advice and genuine care for our home and family impressed us. Thank you!

I got a very high radon level for the newly built home basement but they did repair the issue successfully and professionally. I am very happy with their job, they were very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend.
