They gave me a 3 hour window and the guy arrived almost 2 hours after that. He said his truck was over heating, so it means his equipment wasn't being maintained. The tech did ok work but left our laundry room a mess. Glad I had the day off though since I had to wait all day. They also couldn't take a payment, his supervisor couldn't do it over the phone, they had to send me an invoice for me to pay.
Prompt, professional and polite. The initial problem was quickly identified and fixed without mark ups or hidden costs. The upgrade to our system was also installed by Safe Air within a week of our selecting the system we preferred. The whole experience was marked by sound advice and genuine care for our home and family impressed us. Thank you!

I got a very high radon level for the newly built home basement but they did repair the issue successfully and professionally. I am very happy with their job, they were very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend.
Brooks arrived not long after contacting him. He quickly found the issues with our central air conditioning. Did all necessary equipment cleaning and filter changes. He was very knowledgeable and informative,as to how to do regular maintenance to all our cooling,heating and fresh air equipment both inside and outside our home. Highly recommend and support local.
