So my home owners insurance went up from $2554 for a $233k rebuild cost… to $4593 premium for a $298k rebuild costs… strangely they refused to adjust it, to be closer to anyone else… however I called USAA today… and yes this all happened today… and the actual rebuild cost for my house is $413k… and I’m only paying $1958 through USAA… I’m trying to cancel my policy with SAFCO, and they keep transferring me and telling me that they have had issues f ding and verifying me… three people now… I am waiting on hold to cancel. I bought a Safco printer stand for my office a few years back and have twice reached out to customer service for replacement parts - once for a caster & wheel replacement and recently for a door hinge. In both cases, customer service reps responded to me very quickly and offered to ship the parts to me at no charge. I appreciate a company that stands behind their products and is responsive to its' customers' needs. This is a company I would not hesitate to buy from in the future.
My department ordered multiple sets of a product and all but one broke in the exact same place. I’ve seen other customers state they also encountered the exact same poorly-made component to this set. The real issue I have is the customer service is not at all concerned about customer satisfaction. If I’m not willing to buy brand new sets, it’s a “sorry for the inconvenience.” This philosophy is wasteful and distasteful.
This has got to be the best place in the world to work! I am very lucky to be working for them.
Products are designed with attention to detail. Recently bought, and assembled, an office desk and printer stand. Quality was good. Wish Safco products were Made in U.S.A. Instead of China.
