I just recently purchased Item# RDC4040A (7 candle holder) for our dinning room table for $127.00 and I'm advising anyone out there who's thinking of purchasing this, DON'T BUY IT....it's total garbage!!! Safavieh does not sell this with candles, which I knew, but I did not think that buying candles to fit the stupid sizes of the base they sit on, would be difficult. I've spent days on the internet and there isn't anywhere that I could find the correct sizes. I had to buy Luminara LED candles at Pottery Barn and now this pie... read more
Bought $700 leather Safavieh chair and it broke in 2 years. It was awesome at first, but the base broke. I reached out to Safavieh and was told they couldn't get the replacement part, then blasted me with their return policy that allows just 30 days to inspect their furniture for defects. Shame on this company for charging a decent amount for furniture then cutting corners so it looks good at first but doesn't last. Who pays the price of their greed?
