Great customer service. I've updated my review of Line-X to 5 stars because Carl took care of me. On my previous review, I had posted my complaint of a couple of small runs in the bed on the right wheel well of my Jeep Gladiator. Carl reached out to me within several hours of the posting and immediately scheduled a time to fix the runs. Attached is a picture of the final product, which is outstanding!
Carl was fantastic. Final product was great.
I give 1 star for quality of paint job. Although the sales rep was very nice and the texture of the product is pretty good, I was surprised that the final product passed the companies QC check. Maybe they don't have a QC check. The attached pictures shows where the spray-on bed liner was running and where large drops were left. I would consider this an amateur job.
