Damaged vehicle.
I met Carl this week when I was researching under carriage protection. He told me it was a waste of money in my situation. This saved me $650. I am going back to buy a Tonneau. Great customer service. I've updated my review of Line-X to 5 stars because Carl took care of me. On my previous review, I had posted my complaint of a couple of small runs in the bed on the right wheel well of my Jeep Gladiator. Carl reached out to me within several hours of the posting and immediately scheduled a time to fix the runs. Attached is a picture of the final product, which is outstanding!
