I never see service like this. The owner is not serious and professional. He is dishonest and liar about the prize. Better found another travel agency then him.
Worst customer service ever! Once they book your ticket any issues that come from your flight or booking they leave to you to resolve with airline. Was told by owner to figure it out and he’s tired of me after waiting two months for a refund on a ticket he cut for me. At this point we’re taking our losses but trying to save everyone else from this type of loss.
