Not to fangirl, but we absolutely LOVE this dentist office. The staff and two doctors are amazing. The office is beautifully clean and simple. There is quiet Disney soundtrack songs playing softly in the back ground, not loud obnoxious Kidz-bop or something. They only turn a TV on if a child really really needs the distraction, otherwise the TVs are off, or on a still photo of animals or some other wonderful natural thing. We absolutely love going to Safari Smiles! Dr. Rinehart and her staff are incredibly patient and professional. My children always feel at ease in the chair and the hygienist makes it fun for them by allowing them to play a part in their care.
I found Safari Smiles/Bentonville Family Dentistry when looking for a pediatric dentist. I was a patient of another local dentist but once we had our first pediatric visit, I switched my care to Bentonville Family and soon my in-laws followed. Great desk staff, clean bright waiting room and dental rooms, state of the art X-ray machine, friendly staff. Highly recommend.
My 6 year old daughter had a filling and crown placed today under light sedation and we could not have had a more pleasant, calm and comfortable experience at Safari Smiles! Dr. Rhinehart and her staff were incredibly kind & patient and made my daughter feel so at-ease. It made for a super easy visit and after today, my daughter no longer feels anxious about going to the dentist!
We have only had grear experiences with all the staff and Dr. Rinehart. When you are this good and kind you don't need all the bells and whistles.
