They are impossible to reach by phone. Very irritating. I've even went to their website to schedule an app multiple times, and they never reach out.
Super friendly and professional! That was my previous review. I am sure they are still those things but we no longer go there because I found out that in 2024 they were one of the biggest sponsors to an event that I just don't think a place for children should be sponsoring.
I felt the staff was rude and unprofessional. The dentist didn’t seem like he cared and rushed through the appointment.
Wonderful and efficient staff. They really have perfected working with children. Both of my kids enjoy the experience even for the tough visits.
