Absolutely the worst experience buying an RV ever! I would give it 0 starts if I could. Fair warning, I would steer clear of this facility. The sales manager sold to us during the liquidation sale and failed to comply with our deal. Our brand new 2025 trailer was received 2 weeks after purchase with no keys and broken items. It’s been over a month and they have ghosted my husband and I and have yet to give us what is needed to be replaced and repaired.
