Be careful! These guys play games with your money. In April 2024, we ordered a wheel well from this company for our camper trailer. When we discussed the price with the parts advisor, Connie Gravel, she told us that the cost would be $57.27 plus an insignificant shipping fee (or no shipping fee), and the item would be available in three weeks for pick-up. We were travelling through Ottawa on our way to Alberta when I was getting an overload error on my trailer brake controller. When trying to troubleshoot I pulled the emergency cable to see if it was still functioning and a short in the wiring burnt the wires from the cable right back to the brakes! Places in Ottawa were booking three weeks out but we were leaving the next day. J'ai eu plusieurs problèmes a l'achat de ma nouvelle fifth wheel, que ce serait trop long à décrire. Le Manager de service, a prit le tout sur lui meme pour faire sure que tout aller etre règle le plus vite possible. So far Matt made sure that all was gonna go smooth and gave me advise on a lot of things, which I wasn't aware off. If you go to Safari RV make sure that you meet with the service manager before you decide to buy anything there.
