It's a good places for kids to have fun playing indoors.
What does it take to hire people who have customer service experience? This place is the worst! Always has been. But my child likes the activities so we go. But yesterday was the final straw. I will never return. At least to the High Point one. I have been to Greensboro and it is much more friendly. Just a little far.
Not recommend. The staff appeared unfriendly and disengaged. They showed little interest in their work, and unless we specifically asked, they wouldn’t even open the zip line or the bumper cars. We had this same experience four times in a row, which is why we now prefer going to a different location.
A hidden High Point gem. Clean. Friendly staff. Not crowded on a weekday. Had a wonderful time with two children under 5. A perfect spot when weather outside isn’t perfect. Inside was one of the cleanest indoor playgrounds I’ve seen. A few arcade games were faulty, but the staff was incredibly friendly and gave us credits elsewhere. Ghostbusters ping pong shooter game was a highlight. Even for adults!
