I made an appointment for a pedicure and a full set. When I arrived I showed them what I wanted and they made it seem they could do it. After my so called pedicure which the guy failed to not paint all my nail charged me 50.00 and said he couldn't do my nails stating "you already have nails on" he asked the next nail tech if she could do them and she said no" because is she don't like them I'm going to be in trouble!" Very disappointed. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was horrible. My pedicure was over in 10 minutes—he just dipped my feet in water, didn’t clean my nails properly, there was not even a quick scrub and massage, and just added nail polish at the end. He also didn’t use the liquids or moisturizer well. I’ve had pedicures at many places, and this was by far the most careless. This place is awesome! So glad I found it-it’s far away from where I live but the staff is friendly and accommodating, it’s clean and reasonably priced, and they do a great job on my pedicures. I will definitely be a repeat client and ask for Michael-he’s the best.
