I specifically requested interlocking & walked away with huge knots at the roots of my locs. Customers should be provided with what they request, & a conversation should be had if that request cannot be fulfilled. A client should NEVER receive a service that was not requested without an explanation & without giving approval. My scalp is still inflamed more than a week later, & my request for a refund was ignored! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is an understatement!!!!
Please do not go to this place. It looks like an amateur played in my hair. I absolutely hate it. I haven’t had it for a hour and it looks like it’s been a week 260 for this
I'm so glad I found this place, and i will definitely go back again. I needed to have my hair braided so I could add soft locs myself, and she was very fast with it, and I would go again to get my hair parted for me to braid myself. (I do this because I like braiding my own hair, and this saves a lot of time)
Great customer service. She was very quick and decently priced.
