Safari Coffee Roasters is a pretty coffee place with distinct coffee flavors. Their coffee flavors seem to rotate depending on what beans they get. The coffee are made individually dripped! A big bonus! It comes out really fresh. There's a long line out the door, but it was definitely worth it.

My most recent trip to Safari was Disappointing to say the least. Inconsistant coffee roasting is a major issue. The brewwed coffee thats avalible is not ground correctly. Resulting in a bitter, strong brew. I sence that it might not be fresh at times. Secondly the Owners attitude has a lot to be desired. Either plays pasive agressive or rude and confrontational. It's best just to pass this on by!
The last visit had already established how excellent their coffee was. This little hole in the wall place had fresh baked, still warm fr the oven, home-made cranberry scones!
