Booked move-in cleaning 1 month upfront. Got a confirmation of booking. Called before moving to confirm the booking - was told that they do not do that service anymore and they did not call me. Update: The owner called me and started very aggressively telling me that I shouldn't have left a bad review because A - she said sorry over the phone, and B - the person who booked me is not working there anymore.
