My car was damaged during a wash and I was asked to fill out an incident report. They would not return my calls. My daughter went there and the manager and staff were rude. They said they don’t cover damage to cars 10 yrs or older. My car is 9 yrs old and in excellent condition. They refused to give her their names
Best car wash in the New Orleans area IMHO
Safari is not the service it used to be. I go to the one on Vets. I hv a very small new car. I hv repeatedly asked them to vacuum the back hatch carpet. They always say sure will, but they never do this. They hv become shabby with cleaning and vacuuming the inside of my car. It’s a great concept for a carwash. Management needs to step up and resolve simple issues.

I have my car detailed once yearly. Used Safari on Vets in 2019 because it has a convenient location. They didn’t clean the center drawer or cup holder. Everything else was good. So we used them again in 2020 and again they didn’t clean the same drawer, which is frequently used and frankly funky. They also left dirt in the body of the car. Unacceptable for the price of the service. Front desk staff were rude when we dropped off the keys. We will not return.

my car has been garaged kept and detailed by actual prossionials its life.the one time I stop here for a vacuum, I see it pulled around half rinsed off, guys wiping it down with no less a towel. after the wipe down they try to clean my door jambs etc. then proceed to clean my windows. thankfully only one tinted window was damaged. was obvious to see the fresh scrapes. the manager said it must had been from the seatbelt and was nothing he could do. my windows are dirtier than before. I am only writing a review because I noticed some bad reviews and I thought they were a little petty considering that this is a $30 service. For acceptable detailing you start at $100 dollars and for quality detailing you start at $200. Here you will get something between acceptable and quality for $30. $30 does not deliver perfection, ever. But I guarantee you will get more than your $30 dollars worth here every single time.
Great Workers extremely friendly and welcoming.. Hope everything turns out right during the corona virus season for the workers
