I selected a 9.00 car wash and paid 20.00...the machine gave me 2.50 in change instead of the full 11.00 I was owed. I see there have been other complaints about people being ripped off and not getting the change they were due as well. This is stealing peoples money and I will be reporting this to receive my refund. If you go to this car wash dont use them... they steal your money! I expect a return call and refund.

Paid $20 cash for a $9.00 car wash and got a $2.00 refund. Left a note on machine not to use and the owner called me and said not to bother giving my address and name for a refund because I wasn’t getting one and then threatened me saying he was going to press charges for vandalism?? I’m a single mom who got ripped off and then threatened by this company, very poor, poor customer service and they steal your hard earned money! I’m not the first person this has happened to. Someone should do something about this. Below is a screen shot of my text with the owner.
