I have only ever fitted stainless steel snorkels in the past which hold all the snorkel weight at the A pillar terrible design, first time fitting a safari snorkel (n80 hilux) there design and fitment is far greater then any stainless snorkel on the market they are also cheaper and don't drink rain water into the airbox
Dave at safari 4x4 could not have been more accommodating taking me through the ECU, Snorkel and Heavy duty clutch for my 79 series. Has totally transformed the vehicle in respect to performance overall but the real benefit for us is with the change in towing dynamics. Fitted in combination with ARB and Guest 4x4 but its a shout out to the safari team and Dave in particular for their help and time given Regards Carl.
WE’VE BEEN ROBBED!! We had to pay almost 1000 AUD for an issue caused by the car itself. On top of that, we had to return from the island on our own, without any support provided.
