A very nice atmosphere with some (modern) Indian music which is pleasing. Lovely, polite staff. Flavoursome food which I did enjoy (especially the tender, not-overcooked prawns), but I politely make two points; firstly, home-made naan would be preferable to the pre-made ones. Secondly, I could tell the cauliflower had come from frozen florets. We discovered this Bengali-flavored Indian restaurant while walking by, as we were staying at the nearby Harlingford Hotel on Cartwright Gardens in Bloomsbury. (Safa Lounge is next door to the excellent North Sea Fish restaurant.) The manager could not have been more charming and accommodating, as we selected from the varied menu.
