My experience was extremely disappointing with SAF. They installed a new access system in a new building, in three years it crashed 3 times. This year they said there was basically nothing else they could do and recommended replacing the whole access system. A qualified, certified AMAG Symmetry technician troubleshooted and found that several services were never downloaded to allow the system to operate properly. Not a company I would recommend to anyone based on their driver truck number 03 how he nearly wrecked me 30 minutes ago and after calling the office and them brushing me off about it. Highly upset she told me there were not mangers available to speak to which I find very hard to believe
