We have an overall satisfactory and enjoyable experience with SAF-T SWIM except the help to prepare the invoice for reimbursement which could release the burden for the families, and back-up should never be the excuse for the long time taken.
My 3 year old daughter is always excited to go to swimming class. Her instructor Chanel is dedicated, patient, caring, and makes learning to swim fun and safe. The other instructors like Leah D., Olivier, Ava and Melissa that my daughter had the opportunity to learn with for make-up class were kind, caring, patient and knowledgeable. The front desk staff are friendly and they will work with you with scheduling and request. Overall the facility is clean, well-run, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
