We purchased a piece of bullet-proof glass from the company, and it cracked. They claimed it was our fault because we "didn't install it correctly". We understood, and we were fine purchasing a new one; that wasn't the issue. However, when we asked if they could install it for us so that we could avoid being liable for it breaking, should it occur again, they denied, which was quite strange and unfortunate. We wanted to negotiate with them, but they were unwilling. Be careful about their "so-called" bullet-proof glass.
