We got our wedding band at Saettele and have since taken several pieces for maintenance or fixing. They always do a wonderful job! Phyllis is so knowledgeable and has a great memory! She’s always wonderful to work with.
Seattle is where our family goes for our jewelry cleaning, repairs and purchases. Most recently, we had an incredible experience with Phyllis. She helped my husband and I design a ring for our 25th wedding anniversary. She helped us through all of our options, emailed us a 3-D rendering and created a wax ring to show what the final ring would look like. She was fantastic through every step! I had never stepped foot in a jewelry store prior to buying my wife’s engagement ring. The great staff at Saettler’s was super friendly, patient, and informative. I have been back since, and I would definitely recommend!
I was having such a great day with my girlfriend that I've decided to buy something to remember it by. I walked into the store and told the clerk, "i'm looking to get a simple gold band for $300-$500 for a promise to remember something. Clerks response? "We don't carry that kind of crap". Buddy, I saw your whole collection. You really don't have what it takes to act that cocky or arrogant. A plain gold band is classic and meaningful, not "crap". If you don't have it, just say so- no need for the attitude.
