We went to look at engagement and did not need to go anywhere else. Phyllis was the Gemologist that helped us. Her knowledge of gemstones and jewelry were impressive. She took the time to explain everything about gemstones and settings. She also got to know us and listened to us on what we liked. She never tried to push anything on us but definitely was able to show us what we were looking for in an engagement ring.
