Receptionist is extremely rude and they make billing mistakes causing you to have to spend time to get it corrected. They tried to bill me for a copay after I already paid in the office but when I called to get it corrected they claimed that my insurance was trying to bill an additional $20 which is 100% not true. Dr Saenz is the worst MD i have ever met!! Poor professionalism on his part and he Medically neglects patients left and right and as far as his staff don’t even get me started on them they are also very unprofessional and very rude when being talked to. Also if you ever have any injury at your workplace you will be denied by him he will not want to take you in at all and will tell you that he can’t attend you at all and will also hang up on you right after he tells you that so if you are ever in that situation don’t even bot... read more
I had some scabbing up my back and I went to Dr. Saenz to have it treated. He immediately knew what it was and gave me some shingles treatment from his own stash of medications and said that should be enough. Sure enough it was healed in less than a week. I am very grateful for Dr. Saenz. I also went to him for a diagnostic after an accident and he did very well treating me.
Dr. Saenz is like an amusing uncle who'll regale you with stories and lectures that may or may not be relevant. Meanwhile, the healthcare matter you're there for? Depends on what you need. If it requires support from his staff to give you a prescription or communicate important information, forget about it. After several attempts to get what I needed, I switched to a different doctor.
