Best breakfast food truck I've eaten at! The pancakes are huge and are enough for 2 people to split, especially kids! My sons reaction to his pancake, which was half an order. Had the Juan omelet and it was filling. I don't feel like I over ate. We also ordered a breakfast burrito, and it was good sized! The salsa verde does have a kick of flavor to it. Watch out for birds and chickens.
Eggs Benedict with pork was amazing, best hollandaise sauce I’ve ever had. Homemade English muffin was top notch as well. Pancakes were also really good. Great spot for a quick and tasty breakfast.
100% will be going back here. Incredibly good. Good portions. It's the perfect way to start the morning. I got a pancake sandwich and my wife got the eggs Benedict with kalua pork.
