Bad experience. They never sent a prior authorization, we call them, they keep putting us on hold & say they are, they take very long. I don't recommend this place, they're lazy with sending prior authorizations.
I got put on hold twice. The girl that answered didn't even offer assistance. They don't care about their clients. My pharmacy has sent rx refills twice & here I am with no refills.
Great service, great doctor. Ignore the negative reviews about wait time, quality pacient care requires patience. One of Dr. Saenz PAs, Segovia is very understanding and knowledgeable with information provided, he is always very thorough with his examination and explains everything very clearly, highly recommended.
