Very caring and attentive. There may be some time in the waiting room. But the doctor and his staff are very thorough and responsive. I never feel like the visit is rushed.
Bad experience. They never sent a prior authorization, we call them, they keep putting us on hold & say they are, they take very long. I don't recommend this place, they're lazy with sending prior authorizations.
I got put on hold twice. The girl that answered didn't even offer assistance. They don't care about their clients. My pharmacy has sent rx refills twice & here I am with no refills.
