Javier Saenz was recommended to us by our contractor. I have since advised for him not to recommend him to any other potential clients. Javier's "workers" installed a 220v outlet for our dryer. It got the job done, but the work was sloppy, and our contractor had to do substantial drywall repair work to patch all the holes that were left by "the guys." We chose this company because it was accredited by BBC. On August 21, 2021 Javier Saenz came to assess and determined that breakers and entire panel needed to be updated . Due to the fact that my kitchen appliances were flipping the breaker. Not sure if I am using correct electrical terminology. He received partial payment ($500) to purchase necessary parts to be used and gave me a receipt and agreed to return to start repair that same week. Upon their arrival that same week the work began.
