Ms Hart left a flyer on my front door, even though I told her to stop leaving sale material. Having material on the front door makes the house look unoccupied and I don't appreciate it.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Saena. She is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and over communicates (this is a great thing). We live in NorCal and were looking for investment opportunities in multiple neighborhoods in SoCal and she explained the pros and cons of each while advising us to be patient in finding the "right one".
