Never friendly or return phone calls to you, must be the only company around that you can't make online payments or automated phone payments with.
This is literally the worst engineering firm I have ever dealt with. None of the engineers know anything whatsoever about engineering and Bill Saegesser, the owner of Saegesser, is a total con artist and ripped me off. One of the worst companies I have ever interacted with and I hope they go bankrupt soon so they can't rip off any more people.
