Very disappointing experience. I scheduled appointments with this doctor more than once, and each time my appointment was canceled, sometimes at the last minute. This showed a complete lack of respect for my time and made it very difficult to plan. On top of that, the customer service representative was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. There was no proper apology or effort to resolve the situation. I expected much better service from a medical office. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
Poor service.
Dr. Saeedi is our family physician for more than 26 years now. He is a great human being, an excellent professional, highly knowledgeable and caring. He is always smiling and listens to his patients, never rush, and has personal touch in mannerism. A friendly blessing as our family physician and we wish him the best. The receptionists Shizera and Sheerin are very helpful, professional and friendly.
