I recently ordered an OEM replacement radio for my 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis LS, in February of 2025. The radio I received from SAE was brand new, and better than what was described online. The shipping was about 2 days faster than stated, and it was securely packaged as well. I actually had to remove the plastic film from the display screen since it was brand new. Their price was about 50% less than most used radios I found in my searches. Great experience- thank you SAE.
SCAM SELLER WARNING Sold me a new genuine OEM part via eBay, sent a used broken part and are now uncontactable - none of the listed numbers for them work. EDIT: I ATTEMPTED TO CALL FROM MULTIPLE CARRIERS. One number immediately fails, the other goes directly to a full voicemail box that isn't accepting messages.

Rip off! Ordered a part that they had listed on their website. Got confirmation email. A few weeks later and they wouldn't respond to emails, and phone number didn't work. After trying to contact I see they took item off site. They could have said sorry we don't have them anymore and refunded and I wouId have been fine with it, instead I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.... stay away from this place!
