It's a kitchen all I can say. Can cook your food. Can't really clean up after yourselves very well, as there's barely ever any towels in the clean towel bin. The paper towel dispensers are all empty until around 2-3pm when the janitor comes in and fills maybe 1-3 out of the 5 or 6 that there are. Get minimal towels to cleanup the kitchens that are rented by people that own small businesses. Floors are trashed. Walk in refrigerator barely holds temp. Most time it's way over temp. Disappointed that I haven’t had any communication after my visit. The whole process to sign up waited weeks before I can find out any information. I messaged Lauren several times and she has yet to respond. I try to lease storage and refrigerator space yet still have t heard anything. It’s already hard to be a vendor. This is the first kitchen that I signed up with that doesn’t communicate with clients.
I rented a semi-private space at SAE Kitchen and had a fantastic experience. As a small business owner, I appreciate that this facility is clean, well maintained, safe and has great customer support. The space itself included everything I needed and more. It is a great community and environment and I would definitely recommend it for your small business needs.
SAE Kitchen is an amazing place to start a business. The owners are always friendly and helpful. The other customers are always upbeat and we enjoy a culture of positivity. I personally drive past 2 other kitchens to work at SAE kitchen not only because of the culture but also the kitchen itself is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained.
