Very happy with the service. Providing photos and video of the issue is a nice touch.
Highly recommend these guys. They are knowledgeable and explained to me what was done and what was needed later down the track as I’m on a budget. They were friendly and didn’t talk down to me as a woman which is always a plus. Very affordable and overall very happy with their work. Top blokes and can say you should definitely take your car to the guys.
Most dodgy mechanic I have ever come by. Helped blow my car head gasket before Christmas last year. Sent me home with a $4,000 rebuild quote And his solution to the problem was to put chemi world in my car which he swears by and recommendations to all his customers. Sent me home with an over heating car as it was the thermostat all along which he did not fix when he was me to. which has now blocked up my heater core. Had discussions with him about this told me to take him to ACAT so sounds like not first time to me.
I am very happy with the service provided by this mechanic. Logbook services were very thorough and communication was great. They let me know everything that my car needed done while also giving me recommendations on when to do it (ie; what should really be done now and what can wait a while). I also love that they washed my car as part of the logbook service. My car has been running smoother than it was when I first bought it (second hand). Will definitely be returning for future services.
