Didn't let me choose the hairstyle I would like but somehow let the children right next to me who are way younger than me do whatever they wanted also just don't bring your children here in general also I paid so much money for my natural hair braided.. and also I waited 3 hours in the chair just to get my hair braided and another lady has been waiting for like 5 + hours , if you like to wait so much and not have your opinion on what hair is on your own scalp come to this place it is the perfect place for you 🤦‍♀️

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. Sado’s tall, slim employee repeatedly pressured me to buy products and add extra services that I didn’t ask for, which made me feel uncomfortable. I also felt pressured to purchase Nywele shampoo and conditioner. After using the products, I experienced significant hair loss. I called Sado three separate times to confirm that I’d be coming in to do Eid henna, and each time she reassured me that everything was good to go. I made it very clear that I’d be driving 2 hours to get there, and asked to be notified of any changes before I made that trip. The morning of, I called again to confirm I’d be arriving at noon and once again, I was told I was good to come. If you’re thinking about getting your hair coloured here, honestly pick somewhere else!! Trust me. I’m sure you could do a better job at home than what they did in this salon. My roots are brightly coloured while the rest of my hair is completely black, so it looks really uneven. I spent over 3 hours there, and the worst part is she didn’t even apologize, she just told me to pay half price and leave.
