I bought a Serta mattress that did not last - had it checked by their 'expert' and he kept saying it was normal...even though I feel like I'm sleeping on a slope every night. They don't back up their products!!! I am VERY disappointed with the product and their 'sorry Charlie' attitude. DO NOT buy a mattress from them!!!
WORST customer service i have ever had - I had my couches repaired twice within 18 months because of the poor quality - these were not cheap couches either - over 2k for the set - the last time they were repaired, they overstuffed the cushions so bad that they stretched the leather - The response I got from the owner about this.........nothing.......wont even return a phone call - the repair guy told us the leather is stretched and to bring it in so they can repair it AGAIN. Sadlers Home Furnishings An excellent place to purchase furniture. Very competitive prices and selection. Delivery service is very prompt and considerate. Warranty service is also very prompt and fair. Have been very happy with our purchases from them.
Don't really care for the furniture, but the store is a nice store. They have well priced sales.
