Sadlers Home Furnishings An excellent place to purchase furniture. Very competitive prices and selection. Delivery service is very prompt and considerate. Warranty service is also very prompt and fair. Have been very happy with our purchases from them.
2months to even order parts , That's with the gold package , another 4-6wks for delivery then need appointment for installation, worst $8 grand worth of furniture and $700 worthless warranty
Excellent service received from Travis W******! I went into the store two weeks ago and dragged Travis around with me while I looked at furniture and questioned him about various pieces. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but I wasn't completely set on any one particular piece. In an attempt to make something work, I went back yesterday and he not only remembered me by face, but he also remembered many of the things we discussed. Horrible horrible company. Bought a bed frame and mattress on Feb 15th. Promised it would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. We are going on week 6 with no delivery and we can't seem to get any answers from them. Filed a complaint with the BBB.
I bought a sofa set & matching storage ottoman, one of their upper end products (according to them).I was told if there was anything I didn't like about the product I could return the item. I emphasized the fact I needed the storage, not just an ottoman. My family of soon to be 5 live in a 1000 square foot house. The storage ottoman was not in stock. Bought a mattress for a grandmother and she ended up just using her old one. So now I'm stuck with a $1000.00 mattress I don't need and they wont exchange for any other furniture in their store! I was under the impression I could exchange for something else, but I was misled. Never again will I ever go through Sadlers and I let everyone I can know how terrible their customer service is. You lost thousands on not an easy instore exchange for a mattress never opened!
I bought a mattress from them and ended up having to switch it out for another one because I hated it. Although they also own the ultimate mattress store, they will not allow you to choose a mattress from that store and they don't carry the same mattresses in both stores. Their concern is not to have a happy customer, their concern is to get your money any way they can .
