Scammed out of $50 and was not seen by the dentist. Was told I was getting a refund for the money and someone was looking into it. It’s been over a year and I’ve given up on it. They told us a specific price and what they could do over the phone before we came. The assistants said they couldn’t do that and the person on the phone has done that multiple times. Literally a scam.
Our family just left the most caring delightful and diligent employees and I must give them each a 5 star for their care! I visited Sadler Health Center Express Care for an issue with hearing loss in my right ear, likely caused by earwax blockage after cleaning my ears at home. The intake process was smooth, front office was kind and quick and I was seen by Gordon. During my visit, I explained that I had used a cotton swab, an electronic ear camera, and Debrox prior to coming in. Dr. Siddhant Gaidhane is a terrible and very disrespectful dental provider. Be weary please before being seen by him. He misdiagnosed the condition of my teeth and I had to go for emergency dental care elsewhere. You've been warned.
