They give you false information
I cannot express the joy I have found in this practice. Especially with my Dr. Melissa. She is just an incredible Dr and all around great person. Im so blessed to have found her. I just wanted to give her the time she deserves in giving her a review.
Very disappointed. Called two weeks ago to get an appointment for a follow up. I had to leave a message. It stated someone would return my call. No one did. A week later, still having issues, called again and left a message. Hours later, no return called. Called again, spoke with someone and she stated she would send my provider a note to either make another appointment or call in a stronger prescription. Heard nothing back for a week. Six days later, receive a call stating I should to go an Express Care.
The staff are very nice,they take the time to talk to you,explain things to you, just do their jobs with the up most respect. I really picked a great place for my needs.
