Wow! What an experience to have. Our dentist trip was amazing compared to other visits we had in other locations. Dr G is amazing! So kind, encouraging.. talked my son through every step before removing teeth. Very clear with communication. The best experience I have had in any medical field with staff. Today I visited Sadler’s beautiful new location in Mechanicsburg PA to meet with Bonnie Gentile, their expert Outreach and Enrollment Specialist. I’ll be 65 soon so it was time to transition into a new health care provider via Medicare. What I received today was EXTRAORDINARY customer service from Bonnie who was incredibly PATIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL. On March 5th my child had an appointment for a checkup. We arrived at the appointed time. Your operator, a man named Tim, was very rude and dissatisfied. He ruined my mood for the whole day and left a bad impression of my visit to your office. We had to cancel the meeting.
