Absolutely awful. He seemed nice so we disregarded the other review. However, they are a rip off. Living in house managed by them just means you will have to pay for the poor management. We had our heat out and had to buy space heaters. Frequent roof leaks. Broken appliances every other month. Unaddressed water leaks for months. I always wonder how places like this stay in business so long. Run from them.
I have had a horrible experience with Sadler Group, having been a lessee through their brokerage. Rhet Duncan and Tom Sadler are both sophomoric, unprofessional "agents" who devolve simple negotiations into threats of legal action, name-calling, and childishness. Having been a real estate agent myself for 6 years for Berkshire Hathaway, I am appalled at the pitifully awful behavior of both the agent and brokerage he represents. Rental address 1851 Woodland Rd Charleston SC 29414 Peace of work! Im 1/2 way through my lease and it has been hell. Recently was told about my rent increasing randomly and was ridiculed & they were demeaning when I asked why! The place was never ready for the first 2 weeks and by the way i was 8 months pregnant and basically homeless if I didn’t have an RV to live in because the landlord started repairs 1 week prior to the commencement of lease from a prior eviction!
