Sadler is an average builder that will build you an average home. They are nothing special. We had multiple issues with both Ed and Brad once we signed our contract. Ed will schmooze you until the contract is signed and then you won't exist anymore. Brad will forever be putting out fires he created and act like you started them. Basically, if you have to work with them, expect to micromanage, be lied to a few times, be snapped at for things that are not your fault and have to pull updates out of them. What started as a well perceived rebuild after suffering a house fire has been nothing but. There we’re several multiple days spans without workers on the site and only one painter pretty much painting the house. This in my opinion lead to the home not being delivered on time but the insurance company advised it was my fault for not accepting what was an unfinished home and multiple change orders.
