My car broke down on the Lancaster Avenue and Radnor Police Department called this company for a tow. They did arrive promptly, that's the one positive thing I will say. It was Friday early afternoon. You need to get a release slip from the police department in order to get my car released by Sadleirs, but I couldn't get my vehicle released because the officer hadn't filed the report yet. I really never never never had written a review in my life, but I thought Tom and his shop deserved more than 5 stars. I had taken my car to the dealership and they couldn't solve the problem so they sent me to Tom. When I got there he was very nice and said he was going to take a look at the car to see what he was working with. He came up with a very reasonable estimate....
