Overall, my experience was positive. I was a short term resident. My experience with the physical therapy team was stellar. The health care team was friendly, kind, and competent. The food was not good, however, my concerns were addressed. I felt that the administrators were listening and eager to make improvements. I would go back if the situation presents itself.

If you love your family, PLEASE do not send them to this facility. For one, the nurses and staff have to be the most disqualified people I’ve ever seen. My family member stayed at this facility for a while and there’s maybe a small handful of people who I actually think are good decent people. The nurses attitudes are terrible and believe me, your family will not get the care that is guaranteed. They try to portray themselves as a nice facility but unless your family member is in a place where they can provide for themselves... read more

Don’t work here… run… I bust my butt for these folks working doubles back to back 5/6 days in a row sometimes, found out my family members died in a wreck and still stayed at work…and they so petty I’m getting no appreciation but pulled to the side about hickies and my nails stupid stuff.. I had my phone out like everyone else cause again, my family is going thru a really hard time right now and the Don so heartless she tells me, girl how are you hanging on, right before she calls my agency to try to get me dnr’d .. just pic... read more

I have applied several times for different positions posted for this company. Granted I worked there in 2001 as a CNA so I’m very familiar with this nursing home and originally from the area. I have gained degrees to qualify for admin positions and each and every time I apply, within the same day I check the status on the job board and it’s “not selected “ it NEVER FAILS. I was discharged from a local hospital to this nursing home for rehab and physical therapy. I was there for 4 months and did not receive the care that the hospital wanted for me. However, I did receive poor care including pressures sores. They say only a RN can administer medications, but often there were times when an RN did not show up for work and patients did not receive medications. During the time I was there, I never saw a doctor. The aides are supposed to accompany the patient to their doctor’s appointments. They do ... read more
