I was referred to the doctor by my physical therapist at HSS for non-surgical options. The doctor refused to see me. I have sciatica pain, so strange she claimed she cannot treat me considering this is her specialty. No other information was provided. Very confusing and unprofessional.
Dr. Siddiqui has been my pain doctor for many years. What I love about her is the dedication to helping her patients to get as pain-free as possible. She genuinely cares, and you can speak with her openly about your treatment plan, expectations, etc. Ann Marie, her office manager is also terrific. She always responds very quickly and is friendly and efficient.

Was told that my specific case was not going to be treated, which is fair, but when asked multiple times for a reasoning or how to proceed going forward I did not get any responses back. Ghosting is very unprofessional especially to someone who's been dealing with chronic back pain.
