Dr sees patients 2 hours per week and is unable to think outside the box. Claimed she had all of my diagnostic information, then asked for clinical notes and a referral with a diagnosis with an infection type. When I called the next ID MD, they had all of that information faxed to them without my having to ask- it was all with the referral- the identical referral this dr received. Amazing physician!! Explains everything concisely and clearly for patients to understand. You can tell she has an abundance of knowledge and compassion all around. You are lucky if you get care from Dr. Syed.
Absolutely phenomenal infectious disease doctor. She really listens, she cares, and she’s brilliant. She took great care of my father in law. Her bedside manner is exceptional.
