Dr B is excellent!
Dr. B was very professional, thorough, helpful and informative.
Dr. Balasubramanyam and her staff at Houston Methodist are absolutely amazing. My appointment started right on time, and I didn't have to wait long for Dr. B after the nurse left my room. Despite being busy, they patiently listened to me and I feel satisfied with our conclusion. She also didn't push any unnecessary treatments or tests on me, and explained the next steps very clearly. I'm very glad I went to see her and recommend her to anyone in Houston.
My experience with Dr. Balasubramanyam was unfortunately very different from the positive reviews I read on the Methodist site. I was genuinely hopeful going into the appointment, as I’ve been dealing with ongoing health challenges and was looking for thoughtful guidance. Instead, I found Dr. Balasubramanyam to be dismissive and lacking in empathy.
