I purchased a BMW X5 from Sadek Motor Group. I was told it had a roadworthy and had been checked over thoroughly. When I took delivery of the vehicle after it was trucked up to Queensland, it had many faults. I took it for a drive and after a short amount of time there was smoke coming from the engine, gearbox was slipping suspension was very creaky. Yesterday I came down to purchase a car with my friend. There was a slightly problem that they fixed and repaired on the spot. Great customer service. Appreciate both Sam and Robert for their assistance and care.
The staff are nice and helpful while we were there to purchase a car. The manager was nice to talk to. But it made me so sad and disappointed when we picked up the Ford Kuga that we purchased. So before purchased we tested we noted the aircon wasn’t working, Sam gave us a deal the car air conditioning will be fixed after a week when picked up after we paid 2k on top of the advertised price.
