Friendly service from the lady that served me at the counter. Went out of her way to make conversation and assist with what I needed.
No variety in sizes or styles of hat. Staff was unhelpful and blunt
If I could leave zero stars I would! Horrible lady behind the counter wouldn't let me try on boots even after I wanted to order them through the store but no, I can't get the right size because I can't try on a boot, don't recommend saddlworld caboolture, I'll take my money and go elsewhere thanks 👍
